Pre-Order Information
We’re excited to offer pre-orders on upcoming trading card products so you can secure your items before launch. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Payment & Reservation
When you place a pre-order, payment is collected at checkout. This reserves your item and secures your place in line. Collecting payment in advance allows us to:
Accurately manage incoming inventory
Plan allocations and fulfillment
Ensure orders ship as quickly as possible once stock arrives
Your order is locked in based on the date and time it is received.
Shipping Policy for Pre-Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship only when all items are available.
If you would like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those products.
Allocation & Fulfillment
We accept pre-orders only up to the quantity we are advised to expect from our suppliers at launch.
In the event that supply is lower than expected:
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order in full, you will be offered the choice to:
Wait for additional stock (if available), or
Receive a full refund for the unfulfilled items.
While allocation issues are rare, transparency and fairness are important to us, and we will communicate promptly if any changes affect your order.
