Updates from Evolution Cards TCG
Hi everyone,
If you are seeing this, I want to apologise for not being active or replying to emails since the weekend of 30/05/26.
I wanted to update everyone on what has happened.
My Instagram account was reported and subsequently taken down. I have appealed the deactivation and am currently waiting to hear back from Meta regarding the outcome.
Unfortunately, my email accounts have also been compromised. I am currently working with Google and Yahoo to regain access. This situation is a reminder of how important two-factor authentication (2FA) is.
Until I regain control of my accounts, please be aware that if you receive an email from any of my Gmail or Yahoo email addresses, it is not from me. I will notify everyone once I have secured and regained access to those accounts.
In addition, my Shopify account has been paused due to chargebacks and disputes, which has also resulted in my funds being held. Until this situation is resolved and I regain access to my email accounts and Shopify account, I will continue shipping orders where possible using existing stock. At the moment, the only way I can keep money moving through the business is by selling some of my stock to local buyers and distributors.
I am currently working 15-hour days trying to get everything back into a functioning state.
I am also aware that there are outstanding refunds, and some customers have been waiting several weeks to receive their money. For this, I sincerely apologise.
I know things have not gone as planned regarding pre-orders and other aspects of the business. I have made some poor decisions along the way, as I have previously acknowledged in emails to many of you.
Once all of these issues are resolved, I plan to move away from selling sealed English TCG products and focus more on singles and graded cards. I believe this will be a more sustainable direction for the business moving forward.
I will continue to post updates on this news board as soon as I regain access to my email accounts and have more information to share.
I will also be contacting customers who provided a mobile number when placing their orders, so please keep an eye out for calls from a private or withheld number, as this may be me trying to get in touch.
